What is a Mailing List?

      A Mailing list allows Living Closet members & enthusiasts to keep each other informed about upcoming artistic events, personal projects, meetings, or anything else that seems relevant to the Living Closet community. We tried out an unmoderated list, but alas our rampant popularity consigned the open list to endless rounds of promotional spam from unethical dotcom marketers. In its place, we invite you to send your e-mail address to our highly-ethical Internet communications bum/guru to ensure continued regular and reliably spam-free access to information and news on Living Closet and related events about town. If you're interested in taking part, please do the following:

      Write an e-mail to pseudo_intellectual at hotmail dot com which consists of the line: subscribe tlc

From this point on, you should be receive Living Closet messages. However, keep in mind that there is a living, breathing person (or a reasonable facsimile thereof) at the other end of that address, to whom you can send information about events you're mounting. If your events fall within a timeframe near that of our next event or beyond, we will be glad to mention it at the bottom of our mailouts as a continuing service to the community we are all part of.

This is a very temporary state of affairs - keep your eye on this space for fully-automated user-contributed lists offering you as much, or as little, information as you want... as soon as we can pull our neo-infrastructure together.
