Vests
I'm in a clothing store trying on vests.
One is dark red, another: emerald green.
I find a pair of ornately detailed jeans
that lace up with a dark brown leather strap.
I put them on and look at myself in the mirror
then raise my hands to my face, trying to feel it.
Blowing Rock
I'm in the Blowing Rock house,
only it's much larger and full of children.
They are playing in a huge basement room.
(which doesn't actually exist)
